- Extensive HR experience, including strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
- Proven ability to develop and manage HR functions, interpret legislation, and review or create policies and procedures.
- Confidence in presenting at Board level and leading discussions with senior executives.
- Proficiency in managing HRIS systems, with in-depth understanding of functionality and how to maximise operational efficiency.
- A strategic mindset, capable of building dashboards to inform decision-making and organisational growth.
- Expertise in Workplace Health & Safety, including developing policies and procedures with a focus on psychosocial safety.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess compliance and risk, providing informed advice to leadership.
