Windsor Group offers the Lumina Spark Psychometric Testing tool to give you a full picture of your candidate including an estimation of performance under stress. These are characteristics rarely revealed in interview situations. Windsor Group is the only accredited practitioner of Lumina Spark psychometric testing in Queensland.

Although we are based in Brisbane, we are not bound by geographical constraints. We have recently recruited to remote locations, including Karratha, WA; Nhulunbuy and Darwin, NT and Townsville, Qld. We conduct national (and international where appropriate) searches utilising channels such as; established talent pools, direct approaches, and Seek & industry-specific advertising options.
