Ivan Frkovic is the former Queensland Mental Health Commissioner and has worked in the Queensland mental health system for more than 30 years, overseeing the delivery and implementation of Queensland’s strategic plan for mental health, alcohol and drugs and suicide prevention. Ivan is experienced across government and non-government organisations, bringing all sectors together to focus on delivering better mental health outcomes for Queenslanders.

Meredith is one of Australia’s leading health, aviation and travel insurance executives and has extensive experience in leading transformation, IPO and mergers.

She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of one of the largest and most comprehensive aeromedical organisations in the world, the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section).

With over 20 years of clinical and corporate management experience in health, emergency medical assistance and travel insurance she has provided leadership to some of the most reputable global healthcare and assistance organisations including the Cover-More Group, part of Zurich, and Allianz Global Assistance.

A passionate leader, Meredith has expertise in leading teams to financial, operational and commercial success.

Meredith is a Board and Committee member at Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service to which she contributes valuable skills and knowledge. She has also been accepted as an Adjunct Professor at the QUT School of Nursing & Allied Health.

A member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, she holds a master’s in health management and is a Registered Nurse.

Before her successful executive leadership and consultancy career, Meredith held clinical management and senior nursing positions in hospitals.

Angela Tillmanns has an extensive Senior Executive and Board career across the public, private and community sectors throughout Australia.

She is currently a strategy consultant with Subject Matter in Brisbane and Chair of two nonprofit human services organisations.

She has led major societal reforms across many sectors such as the creation of the child support system in Australia, introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Tax reform. Throughout her career Angela has been passionate about creating a better world for all by challenging the status quo and designing more inclusive systems so that everyone gets a fair go.

Dr Rosa Flaherty is the CEO of the Queensland Alliance for Mental Health and brings extensive leadership experience across the health, social services and child protection sectors, with deep expertise in government engagement, policy reform, and organisational transformation. She is also a senior psychologist with a PhD in Psychology. Commencing her career as a residential support worker in a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week Mental Health Group Home, Rosa is passionate about supporting the delivery of programs and services that enable people in our communities to live their best lives.
