Exploring the dual role of EAs as protectors of leadership time, energy and information – while often holding stress, sensitive issues and emotional weight themselves.
Attendees can expect a number of interactive exercises during the session, along with a toolkit to takeaway.
The EA Group Breakfast provides a confidential and welcoming space for EAs and PAs to connect, share insights, and discuss relevant industry topics.
