HUMAN RESOURCES & SAFETY MANAGER

As a critical member of the organisation, you will report to the CEO while collaborating with the CFO, COO, Service Managers, and Centre Manager. This stand-alone role requires a hands-on leader to take ownership of HR operations, drive strategic planning around people and culture, and use your extensive knowledge to inform decision-making and build organisational capacity.

• Extensive HR experience, including strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
• Proven ability to develop and manage HR functions, interpret legislation, and review or create policies and procedures.
• Confidence in presenting at Board level and leading discussions with senior executives.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS systems, with in-depth understanding of functionality and how to maximise operational efficiency.
• A strategic mindset, capable of building dashboards to inform decision-making and organisational growth.
• Expertise in Workplace Health & Safety, including developing policies and procedures with a focus on psychosocial safety.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to assess compliance and risk, providing informed advice to leadership.
