Believe me, it’s not often in this rushed and hurried world that customers – even satisfied customers – are prompted to write a detailed, completely unsolicited song of praise about their recruitment advisors.
In fact, it’s such a rare (but welcome) occurrence that when the following letter set our hearts aglow this week, we decided to share it with you.
While this letter has been edited to preserve privacy, the content has not.
Please read it and delight with us in the wonderful candidates and consultants we are so lucky to work with, every day at Windsor

I recently applied for a role advertised on Seek. From the moment I hit send, my experience with Windsor Recruiting and in particular with My Consultant has been exceptional.

My Consultant called within 20 minutes of receiving my application and an appointment was made. On arrival at the office, I was seen immediately and made to feel welcome. The pre interview conducted by My Consultant, I can easily say was one the most comprehensive and relevant ones I have attended. She was able to put me at ease and demonstrated an in-depth understanding not only of the role I was applying for, but that of the Human Services industry in general.

My Consultant kept all deadlines and kept me well informed at all times. She was prompt to speak with my referee and provided insightful and positive information back to me.

The day of my interview she took the time to text me good luck. It made me feel valued and that she was invested in me, not just trying to get a backside on a seat.

After the interview My Consultant called me to see how it went and has been instrumental in assisting both myself and my new employer to finalize this employment opportunity.

I have been so impressed by My Consultant’s dedication and professionalism that I have provided her details to my work colleagues who are currently seeking other work opportunities.

I would like to commend My Consultant and hope that her managers are aware of the great asset she is to Windsor Recruitment.

I would recommend Windsor Recruitment to anyone …

“Kind Regards”
