    Your Best Life Disability and Health Services (YBLDHS) is governed by a skills-based board including members with a lived family experience of people with a disability or health condition.  The directors have experience in corporate governance, education, cyber security, law, and strategic, business, and financial management. YBLDHS was also seeking a director who could bring a consumer perspective to the table, an on the ground understanding of service delivery.  

    Paul Klotz not only brings his extensive commercial and business acumen but a deep understanding and emotional intelligence of those needing the support of organisations such as YBL and navigating the NDIS.

    The personal platform for success is centred around his values of being altruistic, a natural empath, compassion, integrity, collaboration and deep sense of giving back from his extensive Lived and Living Experience (mental health, suicide prevention and childhood sexual abuse) in the community sector. This is combined with his extensive business acumen in the areas of, Strategic Planning and Thinking, Governance and Risk Management, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, and People Development
