Do you thrive in a collaborative, hands-on environment where your ideas are valued and your impact is tangible? If so, this opportunity could be the perfect next step in your career.

Join a dynamic and mission-driven organisation that has been transforming lives through medical research for three decades. With a proud history of innovation and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes, this organisation is entering an exciting new chapter – one that you could help shape.

As Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of a small but energetic team, driving individual giving, regular giving, and community fundraising initiatives. You’ll be the voice behind compelling campaigns, the steward of donor relationships, and the architect of donor journeys that inspire generosity and build loyalty. From crafting multi-channel strategies to picking up the phone and connecting with supporters, your work will be both strategic and personal.

This is a role for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll work closely with marketing colleagues, contribute to campaign planning and execution, and help refine systems and processes to support growth. You’ll be supported by graphic designers and data specialists, but your initiative and ownership will be key. Whether you’re segmenting audiences, managing donor databases, or coordinating events, your attention to detail and proactive approach will help elevate fundraising to new heights.

You’ll be joining a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and courage. The culture is warm, inclusive, and flexible, with hybrid working arrangements and a genuine understanding of work-life balance. You’ll be trusted to lead, encouraged to contribute, and empowered to grow.

This is more than a job…
It’s a chance to be part of something meaningful. To help build a donor community from the ground up. To support research that leads to faster diagnoses, better treatments, and real hope for patients and families. And to do it all in a place where your voice matters and your work is deeply appreciated.

If you’re a confident communicator with experience in fundraising campaigns, donor stewardship, and CRM systems like Raiser’s Edge, and you’re ready to bring energy, empathy, and expertise to a cause that changes lives, then we’d love to hear from you.
