Our client is currently seeking a temporary Executive Administrator / Scribe. A 4-day week will be considered, and the role has the possibility of becoming permanent.
In this pivotal position, you’ll be the backbone of meeting coordination and documentation across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately recording meeting minutes, transcriptions, and agendas
- Coordinating and managing meetings across multiple teams
- Tracking action items and ensuring accountability across the organisation
- Managing calendars, appointments, and internal registers
- Completing and maintaining incident reports
- Providing high-level administrative support with exceptional attention to detail
- Using OneNote, Excel, and the full Microsoft Office suite daily

- Strong minute taking and transcription skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence coordinating meetings and managing competing priorities

- Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools
