Join a high-impact leadership team in a pivotal role that blends executive support with strategic operations.
  • Position with purpose – where you can make a difference
  • Must be capable and compassionate with a contingency plan for everything!
  • Riverside Inner-City Suburb. Close to public transport.
A role with purpose, personality and possibility!

If you’re a dynamic, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, this is your moment. This newly created role offers the rare opportunity to step into a position that is as strategic as it is operational, as people-focused as it is process-oriented and all within a purpose-led organisation that’s making a real difference in the lives of thousands.

This is not your average EA role. Yes, you’ll be the trusted right hand to a visionary CEO, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, improving systems and keeping the wheels turning smoothly. But you’ll also be the heartbeat of a small, collaborative head office team, contributing to governance, risk, insurance and company secretarial functions. You’ll be the person who sees the big picture and the fine print, who knows what’s coming before it arrives and who always has a plan B (and C) ready to go.

You’ll be working alongside passionate professionals in a culture that values kindness, humour and genuine connection. Friday lunches, birthday celebrations and a CEO who remembers your work anniversary aren’t perks – they’re part of the fabric. This is a place where people care, where collaboration trumps hierarchy and where your contribution will be seen, valued and celebrated.

The organisation itself is a not-for-profit with a strong connection to healthcare education and research. With eight health clinics across Southeast Queensland and a growing footprint, it’s a place where innovation meets impact. You’ll be supporting a team that’s involved in delivering services, clinical trials, student placements, and partnerships with universities and industry leaders. It’s a vibrant, evolving environment where your work will ripple outward – supporting better systems, better care and better outcomes.

To thrive here, you’ll need to be intelligent, intuitive and unflappable. You’ll be a natural communicator who builds relationships easily, reads the room instinctively and knows how to get things done – without fuss, without drama and always with a smile. You’ll bring experience in executive support, ideally with exposure to governance or risk and you’ll be comfortable navigating systems like SharePoint, Teams and government portals. If you’ve worked in health, education or the nonprofit sector, fantastic. If not, your adaptability and curiosity will serve you well.

This is a role for someone who wants to be part of something bigger. Someone who sees administration as a craft, not a chore. Someone who wants their work to matter – not just to their CEO, but to the organisation, the team and the communities it serves.

If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
