Our client is a health-focused organisation delivering essential services to the community. We are currently seeking two accounts officers to assist the finance team during a busy period.

These positions are hands-on, fully office-based roles supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills and finance experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

These roles off flexible start times, with the option to commence as early as 7:00am.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Processing accounts receivable, including billing and invoicing
  • Reviewing daily appointments and entering billing data accurately
  • Processing supplier invoices in Xero
  • Validating invoices, checking GST accuracy, and reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Providing general finance and administration support to the team

You are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with routine finance tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bookkeeping or Assistant Accounting experience
  • Experience using Xero (highly desirable)
  • Exposure to a health-related industry (highly desirable)
