Job security is no longer guaranteed. But for outplaced people to re-learn the skills needed to compete for work in the evolving job market can be complex and difficult. Helping each individual regain confidence and acquire the tools needed to start afresh and refocus their career strategy is a mission expertly met by our Windsor Group Outplacement Management Service Team.

Through the Career Transition service, we apply our culture of caring and personal service to build a toolbox for an individual when they find themselves suddenly out of work. The Windsor Group program addresses career and lifestyle changes; helps individuals to regain self-esteem and establish achievable short and long term career goals. Job seekers are given the help they need to find another role that dovetails into their aspirations and ambitions.
While our Outplacement program can’t promise to find new positions for everyone; thanks to our premier position in the market as a leading recruitment specialist, we are able to offer the added benefit of offering participants the opportunity to also register as a job seeker for both temporary and permanent placements.
We give these participants all the benefit of our many years of experience of nonprofit, HR advisory and recruitment by showing, telling, coaching, teaching and mentoring them until they’re back on their feet newly confident and equipped to rebuild their careers in a post pandemic environment.
How it works:
The program, which is available on three levels, is delivered in a one-on-one format over a period of between 4 -12 weeks, by trained consultants. These are professionals with significant experience in guiding, advising and counselling clients and candidates in HR matters.
