Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
A full refund will be provided where written notice is received by Windsor Group at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled Career Support Session.
Cancellations received within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, as preparation has already commenced and consultation time has been reserved.
Clients who are unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, Windsor Group may offer an alternative appointment time at its discretion.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance without notice.
