Reception / Administration Officer

Our client is seeking a friendly, reliable and highly organised Reception / Administration Officer to join the team and be the welcoming first point of contact for young people, families and visitors to the centre.

This temporary role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who is comfortable supporting young people in a mental health setting and can confidently manage reception and administrative duties.

The role is through until the end of June and involves 2 different shifts. Mondays to Thursdays you will be required from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and on Fridays you will be required from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional, empathetic reception and customer service
  • Answering and directing phone calls and responding to email enquiries (Outlook)
  • Managing walk-in clients and supporting a calm, safe reception environment
  • Opening and closing the centre as required
  • Maintaining accurate records and client information (CRM experience desirable)
  • Supporting administrative tasks and general office duties
  • Assisting with Medicare billing (1 day per week)
