A rare opportunity to steady, strengthen and be part of something meaningful.

There are Executive Assistant roles that keep an office ticking over and then there are roles that become the quiet, steady pulse of an entire leadership team. This opportunity sits proudly in the latter category. It is designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in the centre of movement, conversation, decision‑making and delightful chaos. You will partner with two dynamic senior leaders whose work is meaningful, whose pace is swift and whose reliance on their EA is wholehearted and genuine.

This is not the job for someone seeking a polished corporate tower with hushed hallways and rigid formality. This is a workplace brimming with character, warmth and purpose, a place where people come exactly as they are. Rich with cultural and personal diversity, the ability to meet everyone with respect, openness and ease is not just an advantage, it is essential.

To thrive here, you must love people – all kinds of people. You may begin a morning preparing papers for board members and end it chatting with a supported employee or their parent. The core of your role is classic EA work but delivered with distinctive flair bringing clarity to complexity, calm to intensity and structure to the wonderfully unpredictable rhythm of senior leadership.

But capability alone is not enough – character matters. You must be steady, unflappable and refreshingly ego‑free. You pitch in wherever the pulse of the office needs a steady hand. If you see it, you sort it.

Courage is equally important. The leaders you’ll support think fast, move quickly and occasionally need a gentle nudge to act. You are trusted to speak up, step in and steady the ship.  Adaptability is critical.  We need someone who flows around obstacles, carries insight from one corner of the organisation to another.

There is genuine flexibility: the possibility of a four‑day week for the right person, work‑from‑home days when the workflow suits and start/finish times that bend to life’s realities. The only firm requirement is availability on board and committee meeting days, which occasionally shift and require a bit of flexibility in return.Experience is essential. This is not a first‑time EA role; this is for someone who has lived the rhythm of high‑level support before and brings both wisdom and confidence to the table. You’ll be technologically capable, highly organised and discreet with sensitive information.

If you are experienced, confident, warm and take pride in being indispensable in the most positive sense then this could be the next chapter you’ve been waiting for.

We’d love to meet you.
