This temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing people together, translating policy and evidence into practical tools, and supporting teams to embed continuous improvement in a meaningful way.
Working across multiple service delivery areas, you will partner with staff to codesign and refine procedures, resources, and workflows that reflect best practice, compliance requirements, and real world operations. You will play a key role in strengthening quality systems while maintaining a strong focus on organisational values and staff experience.
In this role, you will:
- Work collaboratively with staff across service delivery programs to co‑design procedures and practice resources
- Review current processes to identify gaps, risks, duplication, or inconsistencies and recommend practical improvements
- Develop and refine supporting documents including procedures, templates, forms, workflows, and quick reference guides
- Support teams to embed quality assurance and continuous improvement processes into everyday practice
- Apply funder agreements, supporting documentation, and evidence‑based principles when developing resources
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative culture that supports learning and change
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience writing policies, procedures, and practice or operational guides
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitation, consultation, and co‑design
- Experience working within quality frameworks such as ISO, HSQF, NDIS Practice Standards, or similar
- A background in quality assurance, compliance, practice support, or governance roles
- Mid‑level leadership capability with the confidence to work autonomously and guide others through change
- Strong values alignment, with a commitment to collaboration, positive workplace culture, and supporting teams
- Qualifications in human services, early childhood, social sciences, or extensive equivalent experience
