Customer Service Officers

Location: Brisbane, QLD
Role: Temporary

Seeking customer service professionals for a quick start with a long-established NFP services provider.

Must have a current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police check

  • Stones Corner (Relocation to another office southwest side early December)
  • Work 8am to 4pm or 8am to 2pm
  • Competitive hourly rate, urgent start

This Church-based organisation has been providing help and creating hope for families in need across Southeast Queensland for more than half a century. Friendly and non-judgemental, its teams provide a wide range of services across communities, regardless of people’s religion, circumstance, ethnicity, economic situation, age, gender or ability.

As a customer service officer, you will be taking inbound calls from clients and providing assistance to direct them to the information and support they need.
