Windsor Group is a long-established placement consultancy, with an enviable reputation for beyond-excellent personal service that matches people with jobs, primarily in the non-profit space.

After a fulfilling year, we have an immediate, part-time opening for a capable, pro-active and confident recruiter who would love to bypass BD to focus purely on matching the right people to the roles we’re trusted to fill.

We need someone with sufficient experience and skill to ‘share the load’ by partnering with our busiest Executive Consultant. You’ll need to be a wonderful cultural fit with our warm, caring and family-friendly firm. Your work will involve learning each client’s business; taking assignment details; effectively briefing advertisements and social media writers and designers, sourcing and processing applications using our database; acknowledgements, interviews and feedback; checking references and bona fides; writing insightful Candidate Summaries and presenting to clients – all of this, on target, on time, every time!

And the real challenge is in making it look easy. Always charming, unfailingly conversational, informative and happy to help in any way, you must always appear unrushed and 100% focused on them, as you discuss these roles with both clients and potential candidates.

Because – as you know – when the experience is pleasant and exceeds their expectations of what recruitment is all about – people will come back for more. And that’s your overriding aim with every placement you make.

So, you need to be a responsible proactive recruiter. Calm and socially poised, you enjoy other people, are an excellent conversationalist and communicator and genuinely believe that jobs change lives. We genuinely care about our clients and our candidates. And you will need to bring a similar passion if you’re to fit in and prosper in this role.

Fast paced and fluid, this role demands all the expected skills, capabilities and attributes of a well experienced HR or other recruitment professional with a mature outlook, dedication to continual growth and a strong ‘get in and do it’ approach to the business in hand.

Pragmatic and organised, completely customer focused, with the confidence to work autonomously, use initiative and exercise judgement, you are a nurturing personality, with a happy, will-do personality.

You’ll draw on these attributes and more as you take ownership of this role, ask the right questions, stretch your wings a little and move smoothly into adroitly placing the best possible candidates as office professionals and early managers.
