As a key member of the SEQ regional areas leadership team, working in parallel with the Business Manager of this huge, long established community services organisation, your role will be to stand at the right hand of the Area Manager.

From this influential position, you will lead and manage the delivery of Disability Support, Aged Care, Community Services and Mental Health.

With the dedicated territory under your supervision spanning across  the Fraser Coast region, this a complex role with enormous scope.

At once strategic, autonomous and collaborative, this important executive role is made even more enlivening since it comes at the culmination of a period of intensive analysis and planning, by this large, long-lived, Church-based organisation.

To be in contention for this exceptional role, you should have tertiary qualifications in Social Services, Human Services, Management or similar along with proven business acumen, financial intelligence and experience in maintaining the smooth operation of a large business under conditions of change.

Success managing a multi-site, service delivery area, particularly in the non-profit sector,  computer proficiency and team building skills in a customer service business will enhance your application.
