Flexible, collaborative, appropriately qualified and clinically strong, you’re skilful in managing the day-to-day tasks across all aspects of a quality, person-centred service like this one.
Roundly experienced in a role of this type, you know what it’s all about – and have wonderful ideas on just how far you can take it with good teams, company support and a strong system of continual improvement.
With a significant understanding of residential aged care and knowledge of its associated regulations, you have relevant background in performance management, extensive HR experience… and bring well-rounded interpersonal and communications skills that exploit these resources to best advantage.
Your prior experience with driving smooth and successful accreditation programs will be coupled with your in-depth knowledge of care assessments which will ensure the delivery of the highest quality care for each resident as well as attract the appropriate level of ACFI funding. And, having led best practice in both palliative and dementia care, you gain great pleasure from ensuring elder satisfaction is consistently achieved with the utmost of kindness, respect and dignity.
Among the many management skills you bring are your proven abilities to establish, manage and regularly report on annual budgets and to take advantage of any funding opportunities that come your way.
As a do-er and a driven achiever, you are always happy to become involved in the various strategy, planning, governance and action committees that are necessary to take a quality care and service operation like this one to its highest levels of excellence.
