ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE OFFICER

Bring initiative and front of house admin skills, along with general financial background that includes payroll, MYOB + Excel experience for this dual role where no 2 days are the same

Windsor Group is a long-established placement consultancy, with an enviable reputation for beyond-excellent personal service that matches people with jobs, primarily in the non-profit space.

After a fulfilling year, we have an immediate, full-time opening for a capable, pro-active and confident administrator and finance officer who would love to jump in and have a go at a variety of different tasks. This role will be five days a week, with no weekend work and is a dual role.

Our bright and bubbly Financial Controller is an exceptionally skilled executive whose work makes life easier for everyone on the team by keeping all financial, payroll and business growth opportunities running smoothly.

But changes across the market are creating a boom time. Business is really pumping. And while that’s very exciting for the team, it tends to be a little overwhelming for her.

So she’s hoping to find just the right, absolutely reliable assistant – someone she can trust to give her a hand – mostly with the Temp Payroll – on the Monday of each week, without fail!

So as long as you’re computer proficient (especially with Excel), have MYOB among your skills and have worked with payroll, bank reconciliations, AR and AP, formal qualifications are not essential for this role.

But not only will you be supporting Finance, as the face of Windsor Group, you will be energetic and happy to do whatever is needed for the administrative functions of the business. The person we’re hoping will join our team will be a smooth cultural fit – that is, stylishly presented, with a warm personality, charm, confidence excellent interpersonal skills and customer-centric with a pleasant phone manner.

Pre-empt problems; solve them when you can; tell the right people when you can’t. And all in all, do everything you can to make yourself useful and irreplaceable in this fascinating exciting new role. You will be a core part of the team, supporting our busy Consultants and assisting clients and candidates with their queries.
