This inspirational organisation is seeking a dedicated Student Enrolment Officer to join their team in Brisbane, Queensland. This permanent position, starting immediately, is based at their Head Office south of Brisbane. As the Student Enrolment Officer, you will manage enrolment processes, coordinate with various departments, handle high-volume workloads with precision, and provide exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for students embarking on their “Student Journey.”
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably knowledge of RTO and database systems. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field, along with 2 years’ experience in student admissions or enrolment, is required. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will work within a team of three, managing 900 students at any given time.
