Empower lives. Transform futures. Be the difference.
Are you ready to lead with heart, purpose, and clinical excellence? This is your opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful — a pioneering, community-based mental health service that’s changing lives every single day.

This is more than a job — it’s a calling. As a Senior Mental Health Clinician, you’ll be at the forefront of a bold new chapter in mental health care, delivering compassionate, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live full, independent lives beyond mental illness. You bring formal tertiary qualifications and registration, a deep understanding of risk assessment and intervention, and a strong commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive care — particularly in working with First Nations communities and diverse populations. Your leadership, empathy, and clinical expertise will inspire trust and elevate those around you.

Based in Ipswich, you’ll join a passionate, multidisciplinary team in a purpose built, Commonwealth-funded integrated mental health hub. Here, you’ll provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care to people in crisis or distress, offer clinical oversight and mentorship to a dedicated team, and champion co-designed services that centre the voices of those with lived experience. You’ll be part of a culture that values collaboration, compassion, and innovation — where your work will ripple outward, strengthening families, uplifting communities, and shaping a more compassionate world.

You’ll thrive in a permanent full-time or part-time role with generous remuneration and benefits, supported by a values-driven organisation that prioritises your growth and wellbeing. With access to ongoing professional development, skilled clinical supervision, and a team that truly has your back, you’ll be empowered to do your best work every day. This not-for-profit organisation, with a proud legacy of impact across 30 locations in Queensland and NSW, is deeply committed to transforming lives through accessible, person-led services that honour the voices of those with lived and living experience.
