Are you an experienced administrative professional with outstanding organisational skills and a passion for supporting people? Our client is seeking a high-performing Senior Administrator to join their Support Coordination team to assist in delivering exceptional service to children and families within the NDIS.

What You’ll Do
As a key support to the Support Coordination function, you’ll keep things running smoothly by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for participants and families by managing calls, emails, and triage with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinating client allocation, ensuring enquiries and tasks land with the right practitioners
- Managing concerns and complaints with confidence and empathy
- Performing data cleansing and system updates to maintain accurate and compliant records
- Providing broad administrative support across the team to enhance workflow
- Working closely with Support Coordinators and team leaders to identify priorities and maintain efficient processes
About You
You’re an organised, solutions-focused senior administrator who thrives in a busy, people‑focused environment.
Required
- Strong senior‑level administrative background
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Confident handling complex or sensitive conversations
- Excellent problem‑solving and time‑management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (mandatory)
Highly Desirable
- Experience in disability, community services, or NDIS environments
- Knowledge of NDIS processes and terminology
- Experience in Support Coordination or similar frontline service roles
