Our client is a prestigious Family Office with business interests across numerous industries including finance, tourism & hospitality, entertainment and commercial real estate. Known for their dedicated commitment to Brisbane and wider Queensland, together with providing significant support of philanthropic activities, the Directors are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support them in their commercial and private ventures.

Are you a master of organisation and a proactive problem-solver? This role is perfect for a disciplined professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle a variety of tasks with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of personal timetables and diary management, meticulously planning interactions and activities to prevent any unexpected issues. Your ability to be flexible and responsive to ad-hoc requests will be essential.
You will take charge of the office, managing everything from the daily tasks of running an office to being the go-to person for all IT needs. Deep proficiency in IT, SharePoint, Contacts database management and Paperless Post will be invaluable.
Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating diaries, travel and meetings for the executive team. You will also contribute to the planning and execution of events to ensure their success. Additionally, you will manage various services and tasks run by the family and household. Handling personal travel schedules for the executives will also be part of your duties.
We are looking for someone who is not only friendly and helpful but also exceptionally organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail. You should be confident and capable of maintaining a professional distance while dealing with high-profile stakeholders. Being an autonomous self-starter who takes initiative with a disciplined approach to varied tasks is critical.
You will be working with a small team in a quiet and professional office environment. Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. Your excellent communication skills will ensure confidentiality and integrity are maintained at all times.
