As the Interim CEO, you’ll be the anchor, guiding the organisation towards its mission and strategic goals. Your calm and steady leadership will provide comfort and stability to the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective program delivery during this short-term period.
You’ll champion good governance, manage budgets, oversee financial affairs, and implement risk management strategies. Leading a high-performance team, you’ll foster a positive partnership between volunteers and staff, upholding the organisation’s values and culture. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and community partners, will be crucial.
We need someone with exceptional time management and communication skills, strong leadership and motivational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. Your high emotional intelligence, project management expertise, and experience in not-for-profit governance will be invaluable.
