We have an opportunity for a capable, pro-active and confident executive assistant who can provide high level secretarial support to a busy boss, support the consultancy team and be a worthy frontline ambassador for the firm.

Fast paced and fluid, this role demands all the expected skills, capabilities and attributes of a well experienced support professional with a mature outlook, good understanding of tech and a strong ‘get in and do it’ approach to the business in hand.

Your main focus will be ‘looking after’ the CEO – a very busy executive with high professional standards and a relentless calendar. You will be proficient, prepared, flexible and unflappable, and you’ll be a real ‘godsend’ if you’ve developed the ability to ‘second-guess’ needs before they become too pressing and to sort technical issues if and when they arise.

Pragmatic and organised, completely customer focused, with the confidence to work autonomously, use initiative and exercise judgement, you are a nurturing personality, with a happy, will-do personality. Your attention to detail will be second to none.

While experience and a good sense of self allows you to cope with anything that comes along, your real value to the team will be in your unique ability to stay ultra-cool and handle all situations with equanimity, humour, style and grace.

A familiarity with the nonprofit sector and recruitment is very desirable but non-essential.
