We’re looking to identify professionals who are best equipped to provide the leadership and mentoring to guarantee that this organisation will always provide high quality individualised, flexible, innovative, responsive and timely support to its clients.

As an Area Manager, you will lead a large team and support a portfolio of community based mental health services and NDIS Psychosocial disability programs in the Metro South region, across 3 locations. Guiding your team in the provision of these services requires empathetic and resilient leadership and ensuring compliance with relevant contractual obligations, policies and processes.

It’s a rewarding career opportunity – many of its intricacies will be readily intuited by a professional with appropriate credentials who has extensive experience in leadership roles in the in the Mental Health space. The ideal candidate may have a professional background in psychology, social work or related disciplines – in addition to an understanding of Queensland Health systems and the NDIS.
