- Temporary 2-month engagement with the possibility of extension
- Inner Northside Location
As a Senior HR Officer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Process Co-Design
- Redesign of position descriptions
- Process Mapping
- Creating and implementing a contemporary HR service
- Creation and design of project plans
- Review of PDs, evaluating staff capabilities and creating models to establish skills gaps
- Review staff training requirements
- Process review and streamlining
Skills and experience required:
- Solid HR experience and qualifications
- Understanding of contemporary HR work practices and processes
- Document management experience would be desirable.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft
- Government experience would be beneficial but not essential.
